Testimonials
“I saw Olivia in November of 2021 when I was 15 weeks pregnant until after having my baby until August 2022. I cannot even thank Olivia enough for everything she did for me during that period of my life. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and made me feel so comfortable with all my questions and concerns. She taught me so much about pregnancy, pelvic floor, labour and delivery, birthing positions and more. My husband learned a lot from her as well in how to best support me during labour. I always enjoyed going in for my physio sessions because it honesty felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Olivia really gave me the confidence to go into birth with knowledge and how to best protect my pelvic floor, different pushing positions, and how to breath affectively in labour. The doctors and nurses in my delivery room were so impressed how I pushed my son out as a first time mom. I would recommend her to anyone and I honestly have thought about flying to her new city during my next pregnancy just to receive her care. Do not even hesitate for one second to book with her you will be in amazing hands”

“I gave birth to my baby today! When the nurse wanted me to start pushing she told me to take a deep breath and then hold it and strain like I was having a bowel movement. I told her about the technique that you taught me. She was a little hesitant at first but told me to try it. I did and the pushing went sooooo well. The doctor was amazed with how strong my pushes were and he was surprised when I told him that I was going to pelvic physiotherapist before the baby. He loved it though! Everyone was joking about how they were going to start seeing a pelvic physiotherapist. In total I pushed for about 1hr 40 minutes (including placenta delivery). I honestly felt so good and in control with the strategies you taught me!”
